What to expect
You DO NOT need to take any action to secure your room*, the planning team is handling that for you.
Our lodging this year is much more uniform than the 2024 event. You can expect hotel-like accommodations with towels, basic toiletries, private bathrooms, and climate control.

*If you are flying in Sunday, Nov 16th you will need to book your hotel in the city for 1 night. Please use the link below to do so!

How to book for November 16th flights
We have a block reserved at Aloft Phoenix Airport. Their shuttle runs 6:00am - 10:00pm (after hours please Uber/Lyft).
